The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions.

1) All prices are shown in £ sterling and we reserve the right to change any advertised prices at any time. The only currencies we accept are £ sterling (GBP).

2) All products are subject to availability and may be changed at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.

3) Free delivery on orders over £30 applies to UK including Northern Ireland only.

4) All images on this site are the intellectual property of SLGK Trading Ltd and must not be copied without our written agreement.

5) Some of the items we sell have the company logo blacked out of tags or tags cut. We have to 'debrand' some items for legal reasons.

6) All orders must be paid for in full and Cheque funds cleared prior to dispatch. Cheques should be made payable to SLGK Trading Ltd

7) Despatch will usually be within 1 working day of cleared payment; a signature may be required. We endeavour to keep you informed through every step of the transaction.

8) We have a 14 day no-quibble return and refund policy and abide by the Distance Selling Regulations.
Please contact us before sending an item back. Items must be in condition as received, with tags and packaging where appropriate.  We DO NOT refund postage either way unless a fault has occurred on our part.

9) In the event that your order is late or lost please contact us by email or telephone. If there are any faulty items within your order, please contact us within 24 hours of order receipt and we will replace or refund as required by you, the customer.

10) None of the above affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
